So THAT's my problem!

Spring crop at Longears

I subscribe to Gretchen Rubin's Happiness Daily Moments of Happiness which seems a bit greedy of me since I am so very happily retired.  But I do it anyway!  This was today's message:

“He who chases two hares will catch neither.”

  1. What about she who chases three hares? My gosh, you do have the bunnies. Hope you're not going to get snow or ice tonight. Down here in northeast OKC, we may just barely squeak by without the ice, but cold, almost freezing rain. Glad to hear you are so happy in retirement. We're about to do that too! Montana bound!

  2. So have you retired from chasing rabbits? It must be difficult when your sidekick is no longer with you.

    1. Jackie-
You can see that I am still learning my way around the blog world.....did not see your comment until today ! Of course I cannot possibly retire from chasing rabbits. They will certainly never give up, but I admit I've been a bit remiss this summer. Last year's extreme heat and drought decimated the population, so I've taken it a bit easy.

  3. I think you may have come a cropper (though I've no idea whar that is). Still I do feel you should give the buns a break. Maybe if you put outcarrots regularly they would not touch the other stuff?
